• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoxGlobe and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to:

• A breach of the Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity
• Failure to pay applicable fees (if any)
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoxGlobe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
